Where medicine and beauty blend is where you will find Project Skin MD, a clinic in the glassed city of Vancouver that redefines the experience of medical cosmetics. Eight years ago, we redefined PS’s online presence, positioning them in the market with a website that was as sophisticated as the brand it represented.
After almost a decade, we decided it was time for a refresh.
The foundation of the medical cosmetics industry is a continued desire for perfection, and the market is saturated with the same stock photography and images of beauty, each indistinct from the next. When everything is starting to feel the same, it presents an opportunity to stand out, to shake things up and create a new standard. To take this brand into 2020 and beyond, we collaborated with our client to redefine and re-revolutionalize the customer experience the Project Skin way.
We approached this project with an original design, and a user experience that reflects PS’s current clientele. The redesign began with research and a focus test, and our findings lead us to a web experience with bigger visuals, the introduction of a live chat, and the integration of content translated into Chinese.
