A Web Presence Designed to Evolve
Coming soon to North Vancouver’s waterfront is a 12-acre master-planned community. North Harbour is an exciting development by Concert Properties, one that will bring together gorgeous residences, bustling commercial spaces, and vibrant public amenities. The first residence has already been announced—Drift, an elegant collection of condominiums—but many more are to come, so North Harbour needed a web presence robust enough to grow with it and showcase the launch of each new sub-brand.
The site we developed for North Harbour is more than capable of doing so. Offering a great user experience for both visitors and back-end users alike, it’s designed to evolve with the brand.
A Collaborative Effort
As we approached the design and development of the website, we took our cues from the work of The Idea Partner, the design team and content strategists who developed the brand’s sophisticated look and feel as well as its engaging messaging. Bringing in large, beautiful images, graceful typography, and minimalist text, we ensured that North Harbour’s web presence acts as a cohesive extension of the brand.
A Flexible and Robust Marketing Tool
Beyond creating a stunning online presence for visitors, we also needed to build a flexible and robust real estate marketing tool for the Concert team. They needed an easy-to-use platform that would allow them to seamlessly manage content and expand the site as necessary. Their new site is designed to grow, easily facilitating the addition of customized sections and pages for each new project.
As North Harbour grows, so will its website, and we can’t wait to see what exciting developments are in store.
