Once Finger Lakes is an exciting new tasting room in the stunning Finger Lakes area of Upstate New York. While the region is full of wineries, Once Finger Lakes is a one-stop-shop destination where guests can taste these wineries’ products—all under one roof. 

To announce its launch to the world, Once Finger Lakes needed an online presence that would convey the uniqueness of the tasting room experience, effectively market the wines on offer, and celebrate the region and its delicious products.

A Fresh Approach

Wine culture may have a reputation for pretension, but Once Finger Lakes is changing that narrative. The tasting room invites everyone to enjoy wine, from connoisseurs to more casual wine drinkers, fostering an environment of openness, curiosity, and enthusiasm. The experience may be luxurious, but it’s also fun and fresh. We communicated this more relaxed and accessible sensibility with bright photography, friendly, conversational copy, and a modern, approachable colour palette. 

People, Process, and Place

Once Finger Lakes isn’t simply a tasting room; it’s also a marketing platform, enthusiastically promoting the wines and winemakers of the Finger Lakes region. To highlight this talented community, we individually profiled each winemaker whose wine is served at Once Finger Lakes. We also gave the tasting room’s owner, Antonio, who brings with him a wealth of wine expertise, the space to explain his vision and the dual meaning of the tasting room’s name—visit the site to learn more. Finally, as both the tasting room and website celebrate the beauty and bounty of the region, visitors are treated to Antonio’s personal recommendations of places to stay, dine, and explore.
