In Downtown Vancouver, there’s a new high-rise building, gracefully rising up from the corner of Pacific and Hornby Streets. One of Grosvenor’s newest projects, The Pacific features luxury residences, inviting common spaces, and an enviable location. All it needed was an up-to-date online presence to accurately showcase the offering and connect with prospective home buyers.

We worked closely with their team to provide an updated, optimized website that serves as the perfect marketing tool. 

From Renderings to Real-Life

The individual phases of a real estate project each bring new opportunities. With the construction of The Pacific complete, it was time to make some key upgrades. We replaced the renderings with real-life photography, choosing oversized images that communicate the building’s and residences’ sophisticated look and feel. To ensure the new site meets Grosvenor’s current marketing initiatives and campaign goals, we simplified the user experience, optimized the site for the latest web standards, and made it possible to experience The Pacific’s online presence in over a hundred languages.
