Branding a condo development to stand out in the crowded downtown marketplace.
A new building in a historical district, Cityzen is a boutique development with 32 efficiently-designed homes. We juxtaposed two concepts, city life and balanced living, to create a bespoke identity: A play on the word citizen, the name Cityzen establishes the development’s downtown locale and proximity to Chinatown, while positioning the condos as your oasis in the city.
Throughout the website, we showcase the development’s stand-out features, like a Modo care share membership, while playing with Buddha-esque language. Instagram-style photos connect with a younger target audience, while capturing the walkability of the location. Ultimately, the brand, design and communications rolled out seamlessly in the presentation centre and marketing collateral for a consistent, memorable brand experience.
