Leap was hired to redesign the Maritime Museum of BC‘s website. We approached this project with a full audit of the website’s performance metric, and worked closely with our client to understand their goals and objectives.
The new design supports a intuitive user experience and new information architecture. The Museum’s core offers are showcased with new vibrant colours. The home page offers relevant choices for visitors, and latest news & events are anchored on the same page.
We created a scaled down version of the website with app-like features and user experience for the mobile and tablet experience.
A custom WordPress theme was developed with custom content types to simplify content updates and management. You don’t need any technical skills to create or manage information on this website.
