Just Launched

Essential info about your website.

Congratulations on the launch of your website!

We appreciate your trust and collaboration on this project. Below, we’ve compiled some essential information about your site for your reference.

  • Pantheon Hosting

Welcome to Pantheon! Watch this one-minute video for an overview of how Pantheon works—or keep reading. Pantheon provides three secure environments—Dev, Test, and, Live—allowing us to install and test plugins before pushing them to the live version of the site. The primary process of the Pantheon workflow is to move code up from Dev to Test to Live and content down from Live to Test to Dev. Pantheon also comes with a Let’s Encrypt SSL security certificate.

Your site is hosted on Canadian Data Servers, and it’s protected by ADV Global CDN and Edge Rules, which means we put limits on where traffic to your site can originate. To learn more about how to make changes outside of the live WordPress site, we suggest reading Pantheon documentation

  • Domain Name System (DNS)

This is typically managed through Cloudflare unless alternate arrangements have been made when launching your website.

  • Google Suite Integration

Access insights through your website data by setting up the SiteKit plugin. For instructions on setting it up, please refer to your training guide or to Google’s support page. In addition to Google Analytics, you can set up Google Tag Manager (Facebook Pixel via Tag Manager), Google Search Console, and page insights.

To connect all your Google services, go to “Dashboard sharing & permissions” in SiteKit and allow all admin users access. This will help us troubleshoot any problems.

  • Website Change or Update Requests

Need help with a change to your website? If you have an ongoing service retainer with Leap or if it’s within 30 days of your website launch, our average response time for non-urgent requests by email is 1 to 3 business days; we will then proceed to schedule the work according to the studio queue, which can take approximately 5 to 7 business days.

If you no longer have an ongoing service retainer with Leap, our average response time for new non-urgent requests by email is 3 to 5 business days. New work is scheduled within 10 business days, and we aim to complete new work requests within a 30-day window whenever possible.

  • Maintenance

Annual maintenance is available for an opt-in fee, which will be communicated at the time of maintenance.

The maintenance consists of WordPress updates and core plugin updates. In addition, we’ll also complete any additional security patches for WordPress. This maintenance window typically occurs between January and April of the calendar year. You will be notified once maintenance has been completed and asked to confirm the site is performative.
